COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson 6-27115-001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mayville parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marathon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the 3P4A3AYYNEC0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4BB02278 manufactured by Mayville and we are pleased to be able to service most Mayville systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44C56B340144BP by Manufacturer Marathon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 4RU78C48K2EC11C3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bodine such as 42R5BFS15N equipment made by Bodine have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bodine products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bodine" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4072N23E31 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular 5BCF56TB3A original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3N559B by Dayton and 42R5BFS15N spares by Bodine are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5K458C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dayton. |
