COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emerson 190U2B300BARAA215320 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nidec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bosch parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sanyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec such as the 16703607100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1070076396SFA3009303010050 manufactured by Bosch and we are pleased to be able to service most Bosch systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 103H550570E1 by Manufacturer Sanyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner Brand 1831801710 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Weg such as 03036ET3E286TS equipment made by Weg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Weg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Weg" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1606735 made by Siemens as well as the popular 110BYGH201001 original spares produced by Wantai Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 100BB4FT130C by Grundfos and 03036ET3E286TS spares by Weg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 139034A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bradley. |
