COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Emcore 100B323 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A20B20000840 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CIMRVGU4015 manufactured by Ems and we are pleased to be able to service most Ems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FX208 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A06B6064H312H550 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Extron such as M9111050700 equipment made by Extron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Extron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Extron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TA440 made by Emerson as well as the popular A06B6241H205 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M60009402240A10 by Emerson and M9111050700 spares by Extron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMRF7U4015 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer F7. |
