COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Elektrim 20NFM-3-5-18 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Louis-Allis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leeson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the 202Q18L56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 19274L1M37 manufactured by Louis-Allis and we are pleased to be able to service most Louis-Allis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 19001689 by Manufacturer Leeson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 1ft7064 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hydreco such as 1510MC3G1BB equipment made by Hydreco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hydreco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hydreco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1TRY5 made by Dayton as well as the popular 1YAB73110A2 original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1AK30239000 by Heidenhain and 1510MC3G1BB spares by Hydreco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 205SDMLAM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pfeiffer. |
