COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electromotive 4018-P3S2, CIMR-V7AM47P5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Esa-Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elettronica parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Esa-Nsk such as the ESAJ1003A2311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ZZ0097006 manufactured by Elettronica and we are pleased to be able to service most Elettronica systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WF16AF1M2 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand A06B6082H206H512 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as AO6B6058H301AMPLIFIER equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A06B6090H006 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A06B6089H209 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A06B6114H103 by Fanuc and AO6B6058H301AMPLIFIER spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A06B0236B300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
