COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electromatic SP 149 115 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Flame-Pak products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Javelin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Flame-Pak such as the SS100A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RM7840G1014 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JO209BRP by Manufacturer Javelin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 12IAV71B2A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electromatic such as UABC07 equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DC2500EE0A00200000 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 4150181002 original spares produced by Hurco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CO9C511BA1 by Ge and UABC07 spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12IFC53B1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer General-Electric. |
