COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electromatic SJ 135 120 DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hurco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Federal-Pioneer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Homewood-Priducts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hurco such as the 4150024003REVA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CDD1A manufactured by Federal-Pioneer and we are pleased to be able to service most Federal-Pioneer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1186279 by Manufacturer Homewood-Priducts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Electric Brand 489P5LOA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electromatic such as SAM205724 equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IC3606SPCC1H00610 made by General-Electric as well as the popular 3S7505PG520A1 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CL6774X1A1 by Fisher and SAM205724 spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FC7500240 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
