COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electromatic SJ 105 024 DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hubbell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Joslyn-Clark product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the 39162110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 48713102 manufactured by Hubbell and we are pleased to be able to service most Hubbell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5U8476 by Manufacturer Joslyn-Clark as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electromatic Brand SP139120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A20B10070540 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available X4U44 made by Joslyn-Clark as well as the popular 8580022750001 original spares produced by Kubler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3208CCVHLRRXXXXXGENGEN by Eurotherm and A20B10070540 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KTMA3415 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark. |
