COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electromatic S183156115 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Flowline products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electrosensor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Escort-Memory-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Flowline such as the AU184243LC06 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AP1000 manufactured by Electrosensor and we are pleased to be able to service most Electrosensor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C040523201 by Manufacturer Escort-Memory-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Filter-Sense Brand EM30LGX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Flex-Cable such as FCUXFPBMP16SE030 equipment made by Flex-Cable have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flex-Cable products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flex-Cable" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 7C19 made by Electrosensor as well as the popular FTW31A2A3CB4A original spares produced by Endress--Hauser Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 802S20S1024QH51F1SGN by Encoder and FCUXFPBMP16SE030 spares by Flex-Cable are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IGP10D20D1F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro. |
