COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electromatic EF3001NPOP-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Encoder-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out El-o-matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emcor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Encoder-Products such as the 7162500HVIND126SSY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES0040U1A04A14K manufactured by El-o-matic and we are pleased to be able to service most El-o-matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E13941 by Manufacturer Emcor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand 0444RL2U1A1E5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Endress-Hauser such as PMP131A1B01A1S equipment made by Endress-Hauser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Endress-Hauser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Endress-Hauser" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PMP41 made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular P75UBC1FB1AFAAA original spares produced by Endress-Hauser Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SX134007PB by Emerson and PMP131A1B01A1S spares by Endress-Hauser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M20004400135A10101AB100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
