COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electromatic EC1808TBCP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Encoder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowline parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Futek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Encoder such as the 225A180190OCNNS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LU101305 manufactured by Flowline and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowline systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LLB300 by Manufacturer Futek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DJ317A7419P111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Frost-Controls such as DULCMP1118112 equipment made by Frost-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Frost-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Frost-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 524VDC made by Encoder as well as the popular 20520 original spares produced by Fostec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the elf50056b5 by Entran and DULCMP1118112 spares by Frost-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A8602110X011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
