COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electromat DGC65DIG2I parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Timken product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the E5GNQ1TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DUX111B manufactured by Nachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EE234160 by Manufacturer Timken as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3800HLND1B1B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as DKC0332007FW equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800NPSL made by Ge as well as the popular EH1156ACZA original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the fbm207 by Foxboro and DKC0332007FW spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ENCLMZ800PAN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Invensys. |
