COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electroid CSB-42C-12-12-24V-L parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Engel,-Keba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emcor-Ballscrew-Co. parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emoteq product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Engel,-Keba such as the LCD840098 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Ballscrew manufactured by Emcor-Ballscrew-Co. and we are pleased to be able to service most Emcor-Ballscrew-Co. systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E31000250I by Manufacturer Emoteq as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand BLM6200W4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Endress-Hauser such as PMP41GE13P2R11M1 equipment made by Endress-Hauser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Endress-Hauser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Endress-Hauser" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ELFIM20 made by Emotron as well as the popular PM713AA1CBGAAAU original spares produced by Endress-Hauser Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2515991405 by Electrox and PMP41GE13P2R11M1 spares by Endress-Hauser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC67PC711 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson---Ge-Fanuc. |
