COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electroglas Pneumatic parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emcor-Ballscrew-Co. products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emcor-Ballscrew-Co. such as the Ballscrew spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Ecu015 manufactured by Emg and we are pleased to be able to service most Emg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLS21C1N3A by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress-Hauser Brand FTM20DG46A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Endress-Hauser such as CLS54ACS1032 equipment made by Endress-Hauser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Endress-Hauser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Endress-Hauser" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 700141 made by Elox as well as the popular 190U3C305JARAA215320 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IMS203027C12F1E0 by Emerson-Saftronics and CLS54ACS1032 spares by Endress-Hauser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2557GB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
