COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electro-matic EI1202TBOS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emx products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endevco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emx such as the CM10004RGB4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2200DGH400223DA manufactured by Gems and we are pleased to be able to service most Gems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7250AM21 by Manufacturer Endevco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Endress--Hauser Brand DK9CB10400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as 7613528A3 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 810ZCP00R01200C240VS made by Eurotherm as well as the popular M922377A44818 original spares produced by Etamic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LMGZ205 by Fms and 7613528A3 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CUS41W4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress--Hauser. |
