COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electro-matic 1038-9031A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Elo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elpack parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elmo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Elo such as the ET790L2UWB0MTZBNPBG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GRS96 manufactured by Elpack and we are pleased to be able to service most Elpack systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HAR2 by Manufacturer Elmo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Encor[p Brand 7982 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Enercon such as LM469003 equipment made by Enercon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Enercon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Enercon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 25T11SG0200NV1RPPSMJS3 made by Encoder-Products as well as the popular CLS50A2B1 original spares produced by Endress-Hauser Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLM253CD1110 by Endress-Hauser and LM469003 spares by Enercon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original I754VSI06STD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson---Ge-Fanuc. |
