COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electro-flyte 5CD224RA040A800 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued El-o-matic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emirel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-mechanical product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader El-o-matic such as the ESA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EMI113 manufactured by Emirel and we are pleased to be able to service most Emirel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D3524 by Manufacturer Electro-mechanical as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand 0277782100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elmo such as DBAF25 equipment made by Elmo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elmo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elmo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FMR245S4ALKEA6A made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular 115U3E405VAMAA115240 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7803D by Electroswitch and DBAF25 spares by Elmo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 114L16C502T146 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer England. |
