COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electro-craft Pro-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Endress-Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress-Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elrest product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress-Hauser such as the CLS21C1N3A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CM42IAA101EAE00 manufactured by Endress-Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress-Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P150 by Manufacturer Elrest as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand SDN10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Endress-Hauser such as PM75UAC1F61TFDAA equipment made by Endress-Hauser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Endress-Hauser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Endress-Hauser" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FTL51AGM2CP4E4A made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular RM100EM8MMFX original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRG3U20P4 by Ems,-Yaskawa and PM75UAC1F61TFDAA spares by Endress-Hauser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAX30B300515A252MA000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elektromotoren. |
