COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electro-craft MAX-430 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson-Saftronics-Digitrip products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emotron-B.v parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson-Saftronics-Digitrip such as the IS460650N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S1T manufactured by Emotron-B.v and we are pleased to be able to service most Emotron-B.v systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A6500PS4VC2209 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emco Brand FP90P0DB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Endress-Hauser such as FM71FB24AAD1H1HGECCC equipment made by Endress-Hauser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Endress-Hauser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Endress-Hauser" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M20004400135A10101AB100 made by Emerson as well as the popular 3400BEI original spares produced by Endress-Hauser Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRG3U20P4 by Ems,-Yaskawa and FM71FB24AAD1H1HGECCC spares by Endress-Hauser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 50AAC12FC13GE20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
