COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electro-craft 9101-1002 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued El-o-matic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson/melltronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader El-o-matic such as the ES0040U2A04A14K0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2324105 manufactured by Emerson/melltronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson/melltronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PMC511NJ66 by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand 3051CG5A02A1AH2E5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electrox such as 0015991243E equipment made by Electrox have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electrox products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electrox" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ES0040U1A04A14K made by El-o-matic as well as the popular FTL51HRTE2CD5E5A original spares produced by Endress-Hauser Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM75 by Endress-Hauser and 0015991243E spares by Electrox are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PMP45CC13P1J1DBF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
