COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electro Craft 650-02-037 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Dayton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bodine parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Minarik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Dayton such as the 5UKH0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 42A5FEPMF1 manufactured by Bodine and we are pleased to be able to service most Bodine systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 50702126 by Manufacturer Minarik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand 5K49PN4564B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gettys such as 460482017 equipment made by Gettys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gettys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gettys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5G3004C2 made by Delco as well as the popular 5KE286AC115C original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4J4040L1FFGD by Toshiba and 460482017 spares by Gettys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 60450PLSS3985 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Abb. |
