COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electro Cam PS-5238-11-ADR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued El-o-matic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elsag-Bailey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electroswitch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader El-o-matic such as the ESA3504 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DAO01 manufactured by Elsag-Bailey and we are pleased to be able to service most Elsag-Bailey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7802D by Manufacturer Electroswitch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elmo Brand CORA3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elobau such as 12027104 equipment made by Elobau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elobau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elobau" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3900VP5126284 made by Emerson as well as the popular FTL50HAUE2AC2G6A original spares produced by Endress-Hauser Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BZ1151CKBR1MTBNN by Elmo and 12027104 spares by Elobau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FMR231SEAPKEA6AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
