COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electrim 25 HP 3450 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bell--Gossett products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gearmotor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bell--Gossett such as the 1AM020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1FK70605AF711PH3Z manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 200868007100 by Manufacturer Gearmotor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton-Electrical Brand 1B92770H11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dorner such as 22M2HS12D4428 equipment made by Dorner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dorner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dorner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 202Q30R56 made by Baldor as well as the popular 1978N106E1 original spares produced by Tamagawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1LA50834BB92Z by Siemens and 22M2HS12D4428 spares by Dorner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1AC2003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance. |
