COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electric M-3420 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Multitrode product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R900579943 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P1137A180480 manufactured by Mro and we are pleased to be able to service most Mro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT3PC by Manufacturer Multitrode as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tron Brand S5200ERX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as R900958547 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MACDB025L1 made by Ormec as well as the popular MDD093BN030N2L110GA0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MXMH4 by Keywest-Technology and R900958547 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OSPP200M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Okuma. |
