COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electric DS3800NPSM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the FRZ24055KUL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMS011NW0110A07N manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F940GOTSBDHE by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Giddings--Lewis Brand DSM030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron-Corp such as IC50317431030S equipment made by Nematron-Corp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron-Corp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron-Corp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HS1072 made by Microswitch as well as the popular FEP311040A1S1A1B0A1A0A1A3C1 original spares produced by Asea Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC660BBA101 by Ge-Fanuc and IC50317431030S spares by Nematron-Corp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMDL3800 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-hammer. |
