COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electra-gear EL-TM826-40-L-56 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Formsprag products, including obsoleted and phased-out John-Crane parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Brad product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Formsprag such as the FS0400750 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JRNP75 manufactured by John-Crane and we are pleased to be able to service most John-Crane systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature G1039 by Manufacturer Brad as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Stelron Brand JIA12025LKMP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hansen such as jfn43 equipment made by Hansen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hansen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hansen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HW9381465Z made by Motoman as well as the popular K37LP56 original spares produced by Sew Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HB483CN56C by Quantis and jfn43 spares by Hansen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FW8713200B5G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
