COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electra-gear EL-HM-826-50-H1-56-23 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Link products, including obsoleted and phased-out Linkbelt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Grove product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Link such as the HD2900 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HD1350 manufactured by Linkbelt and we are pleased to be able to service most Linkbelt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GR818607600 by Manufacturer Grove as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sumitomo Brand FCyclo in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eurodrive such as FA60DT100L4BMG4HR equipment made by Eurodrive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eurodrive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eurodrive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G1021 made by Conedrive as well as the popular HT150082H200300MSRH original spares produced by Heinz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSM407s14 by Sumitomo and FA60DT100L4BMG4HR spares by Eurodrive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FWC721600B5G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston. |
