COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electra-gear 30AKV1820R/F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Martin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mrc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dodge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Martin such as the 50B30SS114 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5215CZZ manufactured by Mrc and we are pleased to be able to service most Mrc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5215H25 by Manufacturer Dodge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Falk Brand 385AB3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hertner such as 3TF12550 equipment made by Hertner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hertner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hertner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 56TM3A made by Dodge as well as the popular 56WM21J original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 35AHKC550D5 by Regal-belot and 3TF12550 spares by Hertner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 512P2H48180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
