COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electra-gear 21RHGC510C/Q parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thomson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the 23040CAME4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40Q20R18 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 345106304930 by Manufacturer Thomson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tb-Woods Brand 28XH400E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asco such as 2624ISU equipment made by Asco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 22312CDE4C3S11 made by Nsk as well as the popular 3HTN3HTA original spares produced by Chemineer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 350014MGT85F by Gates and 2624ISU spares by Asco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 23034EW33C3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi. |
