COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electra-gear 21ALDC520D/F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electra-gear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electra parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tigear product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electra-gear such as the 21ALDC520DF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35MHSC531RVX0003 manufactured by Electra and we are pleased to be able to service most Electra systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23QS50H56 by Manufacturer Tigear as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Morse Brand 262Q180L5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sterling such as 2262DWA0100562M equipment made by Sterling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sterling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sterling" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3407J25 made by Falk as well as the popular 305A2A original spares produced by Falk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 40TAC90BSUC10PN7B by Nsk and 2262DWA0100562M spares by Sterling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 262BQ020142 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sterling. |
