COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electra Gear BRDS30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Endress-Hauser parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electro such as the PS500110048 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FTM50AGJ2A4A7AA manufactured by Endress-Hauser and we are pleased to be able to service most Endress-Hauser systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MGM490C0NS0000 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electro-craft Brand 91011592 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elwood-Gettys such as M432NCN07G7 equipment made by Elwood-Gettys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elwood-Gettys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elwood-Gettys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 91011564 made by Electro-craft as well as the popular M77CES0AT08 original spares produced by Elwood-Gettys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FMR240S3V1AEJEA4A by Endress-Hauser and M432NCN07G7 spares by Elwood-Gettys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FMU90R12CA161AA1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
