COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electra EL8260017.00A/11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Falk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ex-cell-o parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Falk such as the 08040B789201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the H0601 manufactured by Ex-cell-o and we are pleased to be able to service most Ex-cell-o systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FAF37DT71D4MM03C by Manufacturer Eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Falk Brand 2070Y1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electroid such as 140BEC26C101024V equipment made by Electroid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electroid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electroid" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3122SB35U180 made by Emerson as well as the popular 415JF15B original spares produced by Falk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4EBZ316B by Falk and 140BEC26C101024V spares by Electroid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SR20180 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eracon. |
