COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electra 7715310-TD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Winsmith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the 8MSTEED235 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHH6190Y17 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8DB1 by Manufacturer Winsmith as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Falk Brand 800MDX2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Koike such as 9935606804 equipment made by Koike have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Koike products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Koike" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C102N0125MT20 made by Stober as well as the popular AP01000415B original spares produced by Mectrol Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CHHJS4130YH221 by Sm-cyclo and 9935606804 spares by Koike are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BMQ12382 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Grove. |
