COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electra- Gear 7616980 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electrocraft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Endress-Hauser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electrocraft such as the 79209010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FDU48018 manufactured by Emotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Emotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FTL50HATE2AC2E6A by Manufacturer Endress-Hauser as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elrest Brand 10503034155936 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Encoder-Products such as 10012150 equipment made by Encoder-Products have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Encoder-Products products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Encoder-Products" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DB53AA71FB11GE10 made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular SIBAAA0200 original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS614424M7M0U by Electro-Cam and 10012150 spares by Encoder-Products are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS514424P16M09G10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-Cam. |
