COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Elco EC40A6-L5IR-1000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weintek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weiniview product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weintek such as the MT6070IH5WVMT6070IH5WV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESVZAP0 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TK6100iV5WV by Manufacturer Weiniview as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand ATV312HU11N4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Beijer such as K70EXTER equipment made by Beijer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Beijer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Beijer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT1585STBDGT15J71E71100 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular 477374 original spares produced by Proface Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PM550210 by Texas-Instruments and K70EXTER spares by Beijer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMTSMTNEL20EKR2H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Two-Technologies. |
