COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Elco EB38F8-P4BR-1024 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ems,-Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Craft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elektrimax product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ems,-Yaskawa such as the CIMRG3U20P4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 604201802 manufactured by Electro-Craft and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Craft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 33NFM32536 by Manufacturer Elektrimax as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand 12P5539X012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Encoder such as 040A12089001 equipment made by Encoder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Encoder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Encoder" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 91011625 made by Electro-craft as well as the popular PS523811ADR original spares produced by Electro-Cam Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0280596201 by Emerson-Network-Liebert and 040A12089001 spares by Encoder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MGM490C0NS0000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
