COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the El-o-matic ES.2.5-3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eltex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Epson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eltex such as the ES53 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41B7285X022 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SKP415 by Manufacturer Epson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ep Brand 19178000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Encoder-Products such as 15T01SD1000A5RHVF01 equipment made by Encoder-Products have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Encoder-Products products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Encoder-Products" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available N10162F1 made by Erg-Power as well as the popular DXM316CB original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMC430D1N1FDN6S4K by Endress-Hauser and 15T01SD1000A5RHVF01 spares by Encoder-Products are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PMP46RC13S6H1DGD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
