COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the El-o-matic ED0100-U2A00A-19K0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emabond-Solutions-/-Seren products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emotron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emabond-Solutions-/-Seren such as the 9016 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FDU48018 manufactured by Emotron and we are pleased to be able to service most Emotron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0183N25K2C60N165 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Erni Brand 6120521201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by El-o-matic such as ESA406 equipment made by El-o-matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire El-o-matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "El-o-matic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available YA011818 made by Enerpac as well as the popular 73249A45B115 original spares produced by Eltec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KJ1501X1BC2 by Emerson and ESA406 spares by El-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FMC420C0F1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser. |
