COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Efector 8055AL10NL3NAXX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fairbanks products, including obsoleted and phased-out F.w.-Bell-/-Sypris parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Encoder product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fairbanks such as the LCFR303014 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IA3000 manufactured by F.w.-Bell-/-Sypris and we are pleased to be able to service most F.w.-Bell-/-Sypris systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 725ISS2000RPU1F1SYNN by Manufacturer Encoder as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eltra Brand EL63D250Z528P10S3PR4488 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge such as 700X64G2 equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 823DP13S1NL2B made by Foxboro as well as the popular IRtcJR010 original spares produced by Exergen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS10 by Filter-Sense and 700X64G2 spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EGT25000C1096 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Euchner. |
