COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eberhard Bauer MOTOR WITH BRAKE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the MDM102Q2V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDD112CN030N2M130GB2 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MFM452Q3V by Manufacturer Nachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC90B0JD1B110A0I1250S01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Panasonic such as MFA090HA5NSC equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MB142063 made by Bayside as well as the popular MHE45SCONS0000 original spares produced by Control-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M7164610069323 by Honeywell and MFA090HA5NSC spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
