COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Leeson-Electric-Motor-Ss-Cz6t17vc55a-117131.00 such as the CZ6T17VC55A11713100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C182C17WB3D manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM1421Q70MK2048CS by Manufacturer Custom-Motors-Inc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modicon Brand CGD27TB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Reliance such as DC1810ATCZ equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CEWDM3558T made by Baldor as well as the popular DB5C015G original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C31CS0A11B00 by Cnc and DC1810ATCZ spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DFY112N6YSKS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew. |
