COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton XV-102-H4-35TQRL-10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ametek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Agilent product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametek such as the 90A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QT50U manufactured by Banner and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 84811A by Manufacturer Agilent as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumer Brand FZAM30P5004S15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Accusonic such as 7618 equipment made by Accusonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accusonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accusonic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 15BRCX320J23 made by Api as well as the popular HD310051020 original spares produced by Anderson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AV485 by Avtron and 7618 spares by Accusonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 845GF3G8HC1024R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
