COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton V200M4CJCD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Echotel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elau-Ag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Edt product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Echotel such as the 338P53AG5P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 19203501501 manufactured by Elau-Ag and we are pleased to be able to service most Elau-Ag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FAIU71 by Manufacturer Edt as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electripower Brand MAR1010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emco such as FP90P0DB equipment made by Emco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PA12D04 made by Electro as well as the popular Ballscrew original spares produced by Emcor-Ballscrew-Co. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FB186 by Elinco and FP90P0DB spares by Emco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0078N25N00N090 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
