COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton S811+V65N3S(R) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Edmund-Optics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elesta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emc,-Mcdata product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Edmund-Optics such as the 56678 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCD640005 manufactured by Elesta and we are pleased to be able to service most Elesta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 105000017 by Manufacturer Emc,-Mcdata as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elco Brand EB38F8P4BR1024 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eim such as CMST753480 equipment made by Eim have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eim products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eim" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A80ERHE made by Elcom as well as the popular XTCR050D11TD original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R2E280AE527 by Ebmpapst and CMST753480 spares by Eim are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 36C68327 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
