COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton ECS98R2CAW-C17S3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Egg-Reticon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-optical-System parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ecovario product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Egg-Reticon such as the 0130361 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DSSIGA02TC manufactured by Electro-optical-System and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-optical-System systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 414ARBJ000000 by Manufacturer Ecovario as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eaton Brand XTCR065D11TD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ecci such as MWB1106A equipment made by Ecci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ecci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ecci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BZ1151CKBR1MTBNN made by Elmo as well as the popular EMS03D5BBC original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XTCR040D11C by Eaton and MWB1106A spares by Ecci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QDP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Edwards. |
