COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton Cutler-hammer CE55NN3A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electromatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson-U.s.-Motors parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-craft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electromatic such as the EF3001NPOP2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A32S2C manufactured by Emerson-U.s.-Motors and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson-U.s.-Motors systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9070230 by Manufacturer Electro-craft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ebmpapst Brand K3G450AZ3061 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electro-Sensors such as LRB1000 equipment made by Electro-Sensors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-Sensors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-Sensors" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EC100410AROCFX made by Electro-Cam as well as the popular 941016A0031 original spares produced by Eaton-Ipm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 33NFM32536 by Elektrimax and LRB1000 spares by Electro-Sensors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDM005XDN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-craft. |
