COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton Cutler Hammer ECN2301CAD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elektro-Drive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Encoder-Products product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 39962U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTEPS90LA4 manufactured by Elektro-Drive and we are pleased to be able to service most Elektro-Drive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 858SA20S3000RHV15SKN by Manufacturer Encoder-Products as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elsag-Bailey Brand DAO01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson such as 9706982 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CMST0303480 made by Eim as well as the popular L3SYY011 original spares produced by Electrocraft Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 270010356 by Elero and 9706982 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EB38A6C4PR1200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Elco. |
