COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton Corporation Cutler Hammer SV975AS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Elobau product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emotron such as the MSF060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0276639001 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12027104 by Manufacturer Elobau as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Emerson Brand 40156U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eclipse such as ACT004 equipment made by Eclipse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eclipse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eclipse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FAIUBO3 made by Edt as well as the popular UP115 original spares produced by Emg-Schmitt Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XL0001230100 by Egm and ACT004 spares by Eclipse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FP90P0DB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emco. |
