COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton, Cutler Hammer EPRM2420LSP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emotron-B.v products, including obsoleted and phased-out El-O-Matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electroid product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emotron-B.v such as the S1T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES0100U1A03A19K0 manufactured by El-O-Matic and we are pleased to be able to service most El-O-Matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SEC30C86VT by Manufacturer Electroid as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Elmo Brand WHI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electro-craft-Reliance such as 91011398 equipment made by Electro-craft-Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-craft-Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-craft-Reliance" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BRDS30 made by Electra-Gear as well as the popular 6BK11000GB500AA0 original spares produced by Elo-Touchsystems Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2468CBCD by Emerson and 91011398 spares by Electro-craft-Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLA2412300HP002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Egg. |
