COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Eaton, Cutler Hammer EGF3NCDCDET3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Edwards products, including obsoleted and phased-out Encoder-Products parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Emerson product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Edwards such as the 5531M120Y6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 688165 manufactured by Encoder-Products and we are pleased to be able to service most Encoder-Products systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A6500PS4VC2209 by Manufacturer Emerson as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Eltromat Brand DGC65EXCONNECT120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson---Ge-Fanuc such as IC695ETM001 equipment made by Emerson---Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson---Ge-Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson---Ge-Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 39962U made by Emerson as well as the popular FUV original spares produced by Eltex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PA1157 by Eletro-mike and IC695ETM001 spares by Emerson---Ge-Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 55032 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Edmund-Optics. |
